Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or turn on reduced motion because animation makes a page uncomfortable.
The standard we follow
This site is built and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. Those guidelines are published by the W3C, the organization that sets standards for the web, and Level AA is the benchmark referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What that means in practice
Some of this work is visible and most of it is not. Text colors meet minimum contrast ratios so copy stays readable. Every image has a written description for screen readers. Every form field has a proper label, and forms can be completed entirely from a keyboard. Pages are structured with headings and landmarks so screen reader users can jump to what they need instead of listening to everything in order. Links inside paragraphs are underlined rather than distinguished by color alone. If you navigate by keyboard, a visible outline shows where you are. And if your device is set to reduce motion, this site honors that setting and holds still.
How we test
In July 2026 we evaluated every page of this site three ways: automated scans with axe-core, a manual review of the underlying code, and an independent check with the Siteimprove Accessibility Checker Chrome extension (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/siteimprove-accessibility/djcglbmbegflehmbfleechkjhmedcopn). All pages passed at Level AA, on desktop and mobile. Accessibility is also written into our internal development rules, so new pages and changes are tested against the same standard before they go live.
What we know isn't perfect
The flowing background animation on several pages runs longer than the guidelines prefer, and there is no pause button on the page. If motion bothers you, turning on "reduce motion" in your device or browser settings will stop it. Also, our pages link out to services we don't control, such as our social media profiles, and we can't make promises about the accessibility of those sites.
